TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated under the MONTI brand. Throughout the website, the terms “MONTI,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to MONTI.

By visiting montidog.com, purchasing a product or using any part of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the website or placing an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of montidog.com.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order on our website.

If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.

You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or anything that could damage the website, compromise its security or interfere with its operation.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order or restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or violation of these Terms.

1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colors, measurements, photographs and descriptions accurately.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions and device settings.

Because every dog has a different body shape, customers must consult the applicable size guide and measure their dog before ordering.

Product measurements may vary slightly due to manufacturing and manual measurement processes.

Products, colors, sizes and variants are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue a product when reasonably necessary.

1. SIZING AND FIT

Our size guides are provided to help customers select the most appropriate size. They are guides and do not guarantee an identical fit for every dog.

Customers are responsible for taking accurate measurements before ordering.

If your dog is between two sizes or near the upper end of a size range, follow the advice displayed in the relevant size guide or contact us at support@montidog.com before purchasing.

The harness must be adjusted correctly and checked regularly. You should be able to place one or two fingers comfortably between the harness and your dog without allowing the harness to become loose enough for the dog to escape.

Never leave your dog unattended while wearing a harness, leash, collar or other walking accessory.

1. PRICES, CURRENCIES AND PAYMENT

Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your location, selected market or website settings.

The final price, currency and total amount payable will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Any applicable shipping costs, taxes, discounts or additional charges will be shown before payment where required.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description or technical errors.

If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and offer the choice of confirming the order at the corrected price or receiving a full refund.

1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. We may still review the order before processing or shipping it.

We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorized
• Billing or shipping information is incomplete or incorrect
• We reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorized activity or resale
• An obvious pricing or product information error has occurred
• The order cannot be fulfilled or shipped to the selected destination

If we cancel a paid order, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers must provide complete and accurate contact, billing and shipping information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you notice an error after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun.

1. COMPLETE WALK SETS, GIFTS AND PROMOTIONS

Bundle prices, complimentary products and promotional gifts are available only under the conditions displayed with the relevant offer.

Products described as complimentary or free gifts have no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or returned separately.

Where an offer states that gifts are included only with a Complete Walk Set, customers purchasing the harness alone will not receive those gifts.

Promotional gifts and offers may be subject to availability and may end when the available promotional stock has been allocated.

Promotions may be changed, suspended or withdrawn when reasonably necessary. This will not affect orders already accepted.

If a Complete Walk Set is returned for a full refund, all products and physical gifts included with the set must also be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalization is an optional service and is included only when clearly stated in the selected product or offer.

Customers are responsible for checking the spelling, capitalization and information submitted for personalization before completing the order.

Once production has started, personalized products generally cannot be changed, canceled, returned or exchanged for change-of-mind reasons.

This does not affect your rights if the item is damaged, defective, not as described or personalized differently from the information submitted with the order.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND GUIDES

Some products or promotional offers may include a digital Walk & Comfort Guide or other downloadable content.

Digital content is supplied for personal, non-commercial use only. It may not be copied, resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly or used to create a competing product without our written permission.

Where required by law, digital content supplied immediately may require the customer’s express consent and acknowledgment that the right to cancel may be affected once access or delivery begins.

Digital guides provide general educational information only. They do not replace advice from a qualified veterinarian, animal behaviorist, trainer or other professional.

1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping estimates are provided in business days and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Processing time and delivery time are separate. The estimated timeframe displayed on our website or at checkout begins after the order has been processed and shipped.

Orders may be processed and shipped by third-party fulfillment and delivery partners.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring that the parcel can be received where necessary.

If we cannot ship an order within the timeframe communicated at checkout, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, possible restrictions and any applicable duties or import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us before returning a product. Products sent without prior authorization or to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

1. SAFE PRODUCT USE

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, adjusting the product properly and checking its condition before every use.

Do not use a product if it is damaged, excessively worn, chewed, altered or incorrectly fitted.

Our harnesses, leashes, collars and accessories are walking aids. They are not chew-proof, indestructible, suitable for unsupervised restraint or intended as vehicle safety equipment.

No harness or walking accessory can guarantee that a dog will never escape. Correct sizing, adjustment, regular inspection and responsible supervision remain essential.

The customer remains responsible for controlling and supervising their dog at all times.

Stop using the product immediately if it causes visible discomfort, irritation or restricted movement.

1. ACCURACY OF WEBSITE INFORMATION

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, occasional errors, omissions or technical problems may occur.

We may update product descriptions, prices, availability, images and website content when reasonably necessary.

Images used for presentation or lifestyle purposes are illustrative. The written product description and selected product variant determine what is included in an order.

Information on the website is provided for general informational purposes and should not be relied upon as professional veterinary, medical or behavioral advice.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including the MONTI name, logos, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, text, guides, designs and website layout, is owned by or licensed to MONTI.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Downloading or printing content for personal use does not transfer ownership or grant any commercial rights.

1. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONTENT

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• It is accurate and based on your genuine experience
• It does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent
• It does not contain malicious code or unauthorized promotional material

We may moderate, reject or remove content that breaches these requirements.

If you submit content for public display, you grant MONTI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with our website, social media and marketing, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We will not knowingly publish fake reviews or misrepresent customer experiences.

Any incentive offered for submitting a review will not be conditional on the review expressing a positive opinion.

1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted and supported by third-party service providers, including Shopify.

Our website may also use payment providers, fulfillment partners, delivery companies, tracking services, analytics platforms and marketing applications.

These providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security or practices of websites that we do not control.

Use of a third-party service may be subject to additional terms imposed by that provider.

1. PROHIBITED USES

• Leaving a dog unattended with the product
• Failure to supervise or control the dog
• Incorrect billing or shipping information supplied by the customer
• Events outside our reasonable control
• A customer’s failure to follow the product instructions or safety guidance

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure or free from technical errors.

Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim where such a limitation is permitted by law.

1. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, government action, network outages or interruptions affecting our suppliers and fulfillment partners.

Where an event significantly affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to inform the customer and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.

1. PRIVACY

Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide delivery, prevent fraud and offer customer support.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

These Terms of Service, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on the website, form the agreement between the customer and MONTI concerning use of the website and purchase of our products.

If a product page or promotional offer contains specific terms that conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms displayed with that product or offer will apply to the extent of the conflict.

1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary to reflect changes to our services, products, business operations or legal requirements.

The version displayed on the website when an order is placed will apply to that order.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes where permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer living in another country or territory, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your place of residence.
